registering 14% growth from the previous year. Likewise, net income
attributable to parent company during the third quarter was also up by 25%
compared to the same period last year.</span></p>

P59.78-billion, up 23%, underscoring the company’s strategic execution and its
ability to drive growth across its diversified portfolio, including
residential, leasing, and hotel segments. Third quarter revenues also rose to
P20.69-billion, up 25% year-on-year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-PH;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Megaworld’s real estate segment remains a key driver of the strong
performance, with sales rising by 30% to P37.85-billion in the first nine
months and also up by 31% to P13-billion during the third quarter year-on-year.
This strong growth reflects the sustained demand across Megaworld’s township
developments, with residential sales reflecting the market’s continued
preference for quality, integrated living experiences offered by Megaworld’s
‘LIVE-WORK-PLAY’ townships.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-PH;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leasing revenues, meanwhile, also contributed to the company’s overall
growth, reaching P14.16-billion for the nine-month period, up by almost 7%
year-on-year. Third quarter leasing revenues, likewise, grew by 7.4%
year-on-year.</span></p>

revenues to P4.52 billion during the first nine months of 2024, and 11% growth
during the third quarter. This is mainly driven by rising operational occupancy
rates and tenant sales. Megaworld Premier Offices, meanwhile, maintained a
steady growth, achieving P9.63-billion in the first nine months and
P3.32-billion during the third quarter, reflecting an almost 6% growth
year-on-year.</span></p>

P3.64-billion, the fastest growth in Megaworld’s portfolio during the first
nine months of the year, and 37% growth to P1.28-billion during the third
quarter. This is mainly driven by its strategy focused on the global tourism
market and expanding MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions)

This 1 million worth of Ethyl Alcohol is composed of 850,000 liters of 96-percent ethyl alcohol which will be denatured in order to convert them into sanitizing and disinfectant alcohol, which can be used by hospitals, clinics, and government agencies that are tirelessly working to curb the spread of the coronavirus all over the country.<br />

“<i>Through the Department of Health, we hope to distribute disinfectant alcohol to as many, if not, all the hospitals and clinics that are treating COVID-19 patients all over the country. We need to protect our frontliners – the doctors, nurses, and other healthcare and medical personnel – whose lives are at risk in protecting and treating people from this virus,</i>” says Kevin Andrew L. Tan, chief executive officer, AGI.<br />

Aside from hospitals and other medical institutions, this huge volume of disinfectant alcohol will also be donated to other front liners such as the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), as well as marshalls from various Local Government Units (LGUs) who are also exposed because of their work in enforcing the government’s Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon.<br />

A night of glam and passion defined the 9th Best Cebu Blogs Awards Night. Attended by more or less 60 Cebu Bloggers and Finalists, the much anticipated Awarding Ceremony was co-presented by the PLDT consumer business unit, <b><i>PLDT HOME</i></b> and Philippines’ No. 1 residential condominium developer, <b><i>Megaworld Corporation</i></b>. On November 27, 2016, Ten Cebu Online Writers were revealed as Top Bloggers of the region as they received the most-coveted Awards namely : <i>Best Cebu Entertainment Blogger, Best Cebu Food Blogger, Best Cebu Personal Blogger, Best Cebu Photo Blogger, Best Cebu Style Blogger, Best Cebu Technology Blogger and Best Cebu Travel Blogger</i>.
