Cebu Pacific Expands International Reach in Q4: New Routes & Relaunches to Japan, China, and Vietnam

Travelers across the Philippines have a lot to look forward to this fourth quarter as Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB) significantly expands its international route network. The country’s leading carrier is doubling down on its regional hubs—most notably Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA)—by introducing brand-new direct flights to Nagoya and Shanghai, alongside the key restoration of routes connecting Manila, Clark, and Cebu to major hubs in Vietnam and China.

To sweeten the news, Cebu Pacific is rolling out an exclusive ₱1 One-Way Base Fare Seat Sale from August 7 to 11, 2026. Passengers can secure low-cost flights for travel between October 26, 2026, and March 31, 2027—just in time for the peak year-end holiday and early spring travel seasons.

Strengthening Cebu as a Major International Gateway

Central Visayas travelers no longer need to transit through Manila to reach major East Asian destinations. With these additions, CEB stands as the only airline operating non-stop flights between Cebu and Nagoya, as well as the only local carrier flying direct between Cebu and Shanghai.

Nagoya marks Cebu Pacific's third direct destination in Japan out of Cebu, joining established routes to Tokyo-Narita and Osaka-Kansai.
